Refund policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026This policy applies to purchases of the FishyFractions premium upgrade made at play.fishyfractions.co.uk. App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to Apple's and Google's own refund policies (see below).
Web purchases (Lemon Squeezy)
Standard refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 30% of the premium topics (Topics 5–8) have been attempted.
How to request
- Email refunds@fishyfractions.co.uk
- Include your Lemon Squeezy order number (in your purchase confirmation email)
- We aim to respond and process the refund within 5 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Exceptions
We may decline a refund if:
- More than 30% of premium topics have been attempted
- The 14-day window has passed
- The purchase was found to be fraudulent
If your purchase failed to unlock the game, that is a technical problem — email support@fishyfractions.co.uk and we will fix it. This is not a refund situation.
School licences
School licence refund terms are set out in the school licence agreement. Contact schools@fishyfractions.co.uk to discuss.
App Store purchases (iOS)
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases.
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID and find the purchase
- Select "I'd like to request a refund"
Google Play purchases (Android)
Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. We cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases.
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Order history
- Find the FishyFractions purchase and tap "Request a refund"
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
